Family Programs
At Cedars, we recognize that we are treating an illness that will have consequences for the entire family. Our Discovery Centre offers three different programs for those whose lives have suffered as a result of someone else’s addiction. Participants range from those who grew up in a family with an alcoholic/addicted parent or those who live or work with someone who suffers from an addiction disorder.

Discovery Program The Discovery Program is a one week residential program at the Cedars’ Discovery Centre. This therapeutic, experiential and educational program is designed to help you discover your authentic self and reclaim your passion for living.

Next Step The Next Step is designed for individuals who have completed Discovery and would like to further enhance their individual recoveries from co-addiction and dysfunctional relationships.

Couples Retreat The Couples Retreat will focus on enhancing intimacy, trust and open/honest communication while establishing partnership goals. The Retreat will provide couples a chance to break through their barriers by using group and individual exercises and spending time together in a guided, safe and secure environment with other couples looking to enrich their relationships.
